What we collect

When you buy a plugin, we receive your name, email address, country and order details from Paddle.com, our payment partner. We never see or store your card or PayPal details; Paddle handles payment securely as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy.

When you activate suave, it sends your serial key and an anonymous code for your computer (a hash, not your hardware ID) to our licence server. About once a day, while you’re online, it checks that the key is still active on that computer. Nothing else is sent.

How we use it

We use your details to deliver your serial key and download, verify your licence, provide support and tell you about important updates to software you own. We don't sell your data, and we only send marketing email if you've agreed to it.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark mode choice is saved in your browser only.

How long we keep it

We keep order and licence records for as long as your licence is active and as required for tax and accounting.
