These terms apply when you buy or use software from TMF (“we”, “us”), including the suave plugin, through this website. By buying or using our software, you agree to these terms.
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your licence
When you buy a plugin you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it, activated with the serial key we email to you. You may use it on your own computers for commercial and non-commercial music work. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your serial key, or copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software.
Ownership
The software and everything in it, including its code, design and documentation, remains the property of TMF. Your licence gives you the right to use it, not ownership of it.
Ending a licence
We may deactivate a serial key that is shared, resold, bought fraudulently, refunded or charged back, or used in breach of these terms.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Introductory prices are limited-time offers and may end without notice. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
Delivery
The plugin is a digital download. Your serial key and download link are sent by email right after payment.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Our Refund Policy explains how.
Updates and support
We may release updates and fixes. Support is available by email at support@tmf.today. Please check that your system meets the requirements on the product page before buying.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost audio or projects. Always keep backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
