Suave support

Installing Suave on a Mac

You need macOS 11 (Big Sur) or newer. Suave runs natively on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

  1. Download Suave for macOS from tmf.today and open the file (suave-1.0.0-Mac.dmg).
  2. In the window that opens, double-click Install Suave and follow the steps. It installs the AU and VST3 plug-ins into /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins.
  3. Open your DAW and insert Suave (made by Suave Audio). If your DAW was already open, restart it first.

The first time you open the installer, macOS will probably say it "could not verify" it. That's expected. Here's how to get past it.
